Do I need to provide content, or do you handle everything?

We handle the full setup for you. We’ll ask you for basic business details, logo files, and any photos you want to include. If you don’t have them, we’ll create and provide professional photos and branded graphics. This is why we require for you to fill out our Smart Website intake form. It is a form that roughly takes 30 minutes or so assuming you have everything that is asked of inside the form. We can also help you fill out the form should you need any assistance.

How long will it take to complete everything?

Your setup will be completed in 2 weeks or less once we have your business information and any requested materials. Note: The longer you take to submit items, the longer your website is delayed.

Most marketing agencies charge $3,500+ for a setup like this, but we’ve made it accessible for startups and small business owners so they can launch right, without the technical overwhelm.

To keep everything running smoothly, your website and CRM system have a monthly hosting & maintenance plans starting at $297/mo. This ensures your site stays secure, updated, and connected to your business tools.

This deal includes one month of complimentary branded graphics and posting on social media platform (Google Business Profile, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads and YouTube). Then after a month, ongoing complimentary Google Business Profile Instagram and Facebook weekly updates. If you'd like advanced posting, we can discuss ongoing social media support if you’d like us to keep creating and posting for you.

What’s included in the Facebook and Google Business Profile optimization?

We add professional photos, update your business info, write keyword-rich descriptions, pin customer related content so it's easily searchable, and set up features like services, FAQs, and booking if applicable. Beautification for us means: branded cover photo, profile image, about section, services, call-to-action buttons, and review setup.

What type of photos will I get?

High-quality branded photos for your website, social media, or marketing materials (headshots, team, workspace, or action shots). We will schedule a date for our team to go out and take photos of you, your business and services.
